Supply Admin

• Maintain accurate and secure inventory control
  
• Support maintenance teams with timely spares availability
  
• Ensure compliance with military aviation standards
  
• Process of material requisitions for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to support operational requirements.
  
• Sourcing of parts, tooling and other material required for the aircraft maintenance.
  
• Review and evaluate material quotations from MRO suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with operational needs.
  
• Collaboration and communication with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials.
  
• Continuously monitor and assess the on-time delivery performance of parts and tooling to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.
  
• Plan parts and tooling for the scheduled maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
  
• Oversee Shelf-life control items and replenishment upon expiry.
  
• Responsible to maintain records of all parts shipped out for repair via Repair orders
  

Requirements

• Qualification: Higher Diploma/Technical-Vocational
  
• Experience: Minimum 3 years
  
• Human Factor aviation maintenance training would be an advantage.
  
• Supply Chain and Procurement training
  
• Good knowledge of MS office.
  
• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
  
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Sunday to Thursday
