Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Contact Center testing environments.
Hands-on experience with Cyara for automated and end-to-end testing.
Experience testing IVR, call flows, routing, reporting, and agent desktop applications.
Strong understanding of Contact Center platforms
Ability to create test cases, execute test scenarios, and manage defect tracking.
Experience with UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
