Nanny for a Family near West Paces Ferry

Experienced infant nanny looking for a position where you can truly be hands-on and make a difference in a baby’s development? A family in the West Paces area is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and engaging nanny to primarily care for their happy, easygoing 10-month-old, with occasional care for their 2.5-year-old after daycare. The baby loves contact naps and thrives with attentive, hands-on care. The ideal nanny will support developmental milestones through sensory play, reading, narration, and interactive engagement while helping establish healthy sleep habits. Feeding support is important, as the baby can tire during bottle feeds and benefits from a patient caregiver who can provide pacing and encouragement. Experience with baby-led weaning is a plus. The toddler is sweet, a little sassy, and initially shy but warms up with time; she enjoys free play, arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor activities and responds well to positive redirection.

The nanny will also assist with light child-related household tasks, including diaper pails, restocking supplies, children’s laundry, unloading dishes, simple meal prep, organization, and occasional errands or daycare pickup. The family is looking for someone organized, proactive, adaptable, and communicative who prioritizes safety and takes initiative. Swimming ability is required, and the home has one hypoallergenic Russian Blue cat.

Schedule

Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30am - 5:30pm

Friday half day 7:30am - 12:00pm

Rest of the hours will be on Monday and Thursday

Schedule will provided 4 to 6 weeks in advance
