About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content & Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content

across social media platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

Experience Requirement

•Minimum 3 years of experience in content/social media management with a proven track

record of driving measurable growth, engagement, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, create, and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn,

Facebook, and other relevant platforms

•Independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) —

full creative ownership from idea to final cut, not restricted to a single brand style or

template

•Design and edit visual content using Canva or any other design/editing tool of choice

•Write engaging captions, copy, and content briefs

•Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and

optimize content strategy accordingly

•Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats

•Manage community engagement (comments, DMs) and brand reputation online

•Coordinate with influencers/creators when required

Required Skills

•Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats

•Hands-on video editing skills using any tool of their choice (CapCut, Premiere Pro,

InShot, Canva, etc.) — tool flexibility is welcomed, not restricted

•Ability to conceptualize and produce content independently, without being confined to a

predefined brand template or style

•Excellent written and verbal communication

•Analytical mindset to interpret engagement/performance data

•Portfolio of past work (reels/content) is mandatory
