Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT)- Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week travel assignment in Humansville, MO.
Contract Details
- M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM /35 gww
- Start Date: 9/21/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Location: Humansville, MO
- Hourly Pay: $ 33.30
- Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $ 2245.00
- Effectively screens/evaluates patients and/ with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.
- Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
- Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Administers various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including but not limited to: ADL retraining; therapeutic activities; therapeutic exercises; modalities; use of supportive and assistive devices; etc.
- Assesses patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Evaluates treatment outcomes for effectiveness. Services are modified in relation to patient evaluation and referrals are made in relation to outcomes.
- Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the physical disorders.
- Effectively communicates with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.
- Provides comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
- Documents all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintains patient records according to company policy.
- Accurately records treatment minutes for services provided per all regulatory and clinical requirements.
- Participation in required meetings including but not limited to: patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, rehabilitation meetings, etc.
- Participate in facility and company required trainings, in-services and conferences.
- Able to obtain any necessary DME or supplies per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Able to supervise and support occupational therapist assistants; rehabilitation aides and/or students.
- Adherence to NBCOT /AOTA and State Required practice acts, code of conduct, ethics during professional practice as an Occupational
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 years of OT experience
- Must have LTC or Rehab Experience
- Must have OT license; State of Missouri or Compact Allowed
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
- Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
