• Growing sales team of 40+ sales professionals
• Overall team strength: 70+ employees
• Role Responsibilities
• Handle generated leads & customer follow-ups
• Understand customer requirements
• Arrange and accompany customers for site visits
• Present projects, pricing & investment opportunities
• Negotiate with customers and drive closures
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead → site visit → negotiation → closure
• INCENTIVES & GROWTH
• Monthly + Quarterly Incentives
• Incentives linked to deals & revenue performance
• Target opportunity of 3 deals / month & quarterly performance
• Strong earning potential for performers
• Company targeting ₹250+ Cr. next year
• 15% hike opportunity along with incentives, based on eligibility/performance

✅ Experience: 6 months – 5 years

⭐ Real Estate / Sales / Business Development / Field Sales experience preferred
