Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. This position offers opportunities for both full-time and PRN employment within a skilled nursing setting.

The COTA will provide treatment services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, rehabilitation, and improving quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering treatment interventions as outlined in the established plan of care
  
• Collaborating with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team
  
• Assisting in the implementation of individualized therapy programs
  
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting outcomes to the supervising Occupational Therapist
  
• Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in North Carolina
  
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but not required
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
