Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of a multi-site BPO infrastructure environment, ensuring stability, security, resilience and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage servers, virtualisation, storage and Active Directory
  
• Administer Azure and Microsoft 365
  
• Manage FortiGate firewalls, WAN, VPN and network infrastructure
  
• Support SCCM/Intune and endpoint management
  
• Drive cybersecurity, monitoring and vulnerability management
  
• Manage backups, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
  
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations and improvements
  
• Act as the senior technical escalation point and mentor junior engineers
