Position Title: Project Inspector – Civil Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Company: A market leading Real Estate agency in Dubai. Job Description: • Lead civil design review and engineering optimization, from concept to handover. • Oversee site execution and quality assurance ensuring adherence to timelines and project standards. • Drive project coordination and progress monitoring, identifying delays/gaps. • Ensure process compliance and operational efficiency, maintaining SOP adherence.

• Experience: min 7 yrs of experience in civil, structural, and architectural works execution and inspection. • Skills: reviewing drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals. • Good Arabic & English communication skills – spoken & written • Familiarity with excavation, foundations, structural works, blockwork, plastering, paving, and finishing works.
