Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling.
  
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families.
  
• Contribute to student support and educational planning.
  
• Support an inclusive and welcoming school environment.
  
• Maintain appropriate student records and documentation.
  
• Conduct classroom, behavioral, and student observations.
  
• Assist with intervention development and progress monitoring.
  
• Promote positive behavioral and social-emotional development.
  
• Identify academic, behavioral, social, and emotional support needs.
  

Requirements

Applicant must hold a master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or Educational Psychology, along with a valid Illinois PEL with School Psychology endorsement and a state license as a School Psychologist. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills are essential to success in this role.
