Business Development & Client Success Consultant – Remote

This is a remote position.

We’re an established global organisation operating in the leadership education and business development sector, with more than 20 years of experience providing digital education programs, professional training and established business systems worldwide.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced professional who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people and contributing to business growth.

You’ll work independently using established systems and training, with a focus on client engagement, business development and relationship building.

This is an independent, performance-based opportunity. Your results are directly connected to your own activity and performance, and many people begin alongside existing professional or family commitments.

Requirements

Professional experience in business development, client engagement, relationship management, leadership, consulting or a similar people-focused field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently and managing your own daily activities
Willingness to follow established systems and participate in ongoing professional development
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work toward clearly defined goals
Approximately 15–20 hours per week available to develop the opportunity
Reliable internet access and confidence using standard online communication tools
