In this role, you will assist our analysts in managing the technical workflows that allow us to rebuild these complex financial artifacts with speed and accuracy.

What you would do
As an AI Operations Assistant, you will support the analytical team by managing the tools we use to process large volumes of business data. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the data fed into our models is clean, structured, and ready for analysis. You will use various AI tools to extract information from messy documents, categorize ledger entries, and help prepare the written arguments that accompany our final files. Because every file at Mosaic Conseil carries two names, you will often act as a technical support for either the builder or the challenger, helping them find the evidence they need to support or refute an assumption. You will also be responsible for maintaining the internal technical documentation that describes how we use specific AI workflows to audit financial documents. This is a role for someone who enjoys the mechanics of how data moves from a raw state into a finished model.

Helpful background
