Job Title: Senior Interior Designer Location: Dubai, UAE Sector: High-End Residential Company: International Design Studio The Opportunity Our studio is a collective of visionary designers, architects, and thinkers known for delivering world-class projects across the globe. We are currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our thriving, friendly, and highly collaborative team in Dubai. This role is designed for a creative powerhouse who isn't afraid to get into the technical weeds. You will lead prestigious projects from the initial "big idea" through to the final handover, ensuring that our signature standard of luxury is maintained at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities * Conceptual Leadership: Lead the creative direction for luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects, developing unique narratives and mood boards that push the boundaries of regional design. * Technical Excellence: Produce and oversee comprehensive drawing packages, including detailed joinery, floor finishes, and ceiling plans. Ensure all designs are buildable and compliant with local regulations. * Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and site inspections, ensuring delivery is on time and within scope. * Client & Consultant Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for HNWIs and corporate developers. Coordinate seamlessly with MEP, lighting, and structural consultants. * Mentorship: Guide and inspire junior and mid-weight designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence within the studio. Required Skills & Experience * Educational Background: A degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution. * Professional Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience, with a significant portion spent in the Dubai/GCC region. * Sector Expertise: A proven track record of delivering High-End Residential villas and branded Residence . * Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop), and SketchUp. Experience with Revit or Rhino is highly advantageous. * Technical Knowledge: Exceptional understanding of materials, FF&E sourcing, and the "technicalities" of luxury-knowing how a bespoke detail is fabricated is just as important as how it looks. * Career Progression: A resume that demonstrates a clear upward trajectory and a "solid works record" (stability and commitment to previous roles).
