Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring an RN Manager, Operating Room on behalf of our client, a healthcare organization in Portland, Oregon. This leader is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services, covering both clinical and operational activities. The role oversees a large team of more than 160 staff, supported by Assistant RN Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operating room unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
• Oversee clinical and operational activities to maintain safe, high quality patient care.
• Manage and develop a team of more than 160 staff, working with Assistant RN Managers.
• Provide strong leadership and be available for extended hours as the role requires (approximately 50-hour weeks).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license, required upon hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association, required upon hire.
• 3 years of clinical experience.
• Recent first-line management experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
