We believe in the problem solved.
At A-SAFE, you'll do meaningful, hands-on work with real impact, helping us attract the people who make workplaces safer around the world. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping how we hire across North America, partnering with leaders, solving recruitment challenges, and improving hiring outcomes across a growing global business.
This is a high-ownership role with visibility across the organisation. You'll lead recruitment across the United States, Canada and Mexico, supporting Commercial, Operations and Corporate functions. If you're motivated by finding great talent, influencing hiring decisions and building better ways of working, this is an opportunity to make a visible difference and grow through real responsibility.
What you'll be doing
What you'll find here
At A-SAFE, support functions are not simply there to keep the business running. They help improve how a global manufacturing business operates and contribute directly to a purpose you can see and believe in. You'll take on real responsibility, work closely with leaders across the organisation and see the impact of your work through the people you help bring into the business.
You'll join a business that values practical problem-solving and ownership. We fix what matters, ask what's next and keep pushing standards higher together. Recruitment is seen as a business-critical function, giving you the opportunity to influence decisions, improve processes and shape the future of hiring across the region.
Growth here comes through doing. You'll be trusted to make decisions, take ownership and build capability through real-world challenges rather than waiting for opportunities to come to you.
Who we're looking for
We're interested in people who are curious, resilient and motivated by solving recruitment challenges that matter.
You'll bring:
We recognise that great candidates may not meet every requirement listed. If this role excites you and you believe you can make an impact, we'd encourage you to apply.
