CELONIS OCPM Engineer

Summary

We are seeking a skilled CELONIS OCPM Engineer to drive process optimization and operational excellence within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and process mining technologies to streamline complex workflows in supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics environments. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between technical data solutions and business operations, utilizing Lean methodologies and CCPM principles to enhance efficiency and deliver measurable value to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and analytics solutions using Python and PySpark within cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
  
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for process mining and optimization projects using CELONIS OCPM/CCPM frameworks.
  
• Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Tableau to communicate key performance indicators and insights to stakeholders.
  
• Apply PQL (Process Query Language) and SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets for process discovery and monitoring.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in manufacturing and logistics operations, proposing data-driven solutions aligned with Lean principles.
  
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of process mining initiatives, from data extraction and modeling to implementation and continuous improvement.
  
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy while adhering to industry best practices for data governance and security.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 3 to 6 years of professional experience in data engineering, process mining, or related analytical roles.
  
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in programming languages including Python and PySpark for data manipulation and analysis.
  
• Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  
• Show expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for creating executive-level reports.
  
• Maintain a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics, manufacturing processes, and logistics operations.
  
• Apply knowledge of Lean management and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodologies to optimize workflows.
  
• Be proficient in Process Query Language (PQL) and Structured Query Language (SQL) for database interaction.
  
• Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with specific training or certification in CELONIS OCPM being highly advantageous.
