SunSoftOnline is hiring 15 UI Adjudicators for an Arizona state agency in Phoenix.

Requirements: Phoenix metro residency with your city on your resume · 2+ years customer service experience · high school diploma · reliable transportation · strong written and verbal communication · U.S. citizen or green card holder, no sponsorship · W2 only.

Preferred: experience performing eligibility reviews · previous insurance adjudicator experience.

The work: reviewing applications for public assistance programs and determining eligibility through interactive interviewing and fact gathering. Verifying application forms for accuracy and following up with applicants. Communicating with applicants to address concerns and determine resolutions. Explaining rules and policies to claimants, representatives, employers, doctors, and state and federal agencies to make qualification determinations.

The facts: $18.61/hr W2 · 100% onsite at 1789 W Jefferson St, Phoenix · Mon-Fri, 8-5 · must start October 5, 2026 (expedited onboarding required) · 7 weeks of in-person training · 8-week assignment, and contractors may be transitioned to permanent state employment after training · no interview, selection is from submitted files · HireRight background check and drug screening.
