Assist in purchasing and supplier sourcing.
Obtain quotations and prepare price comparisons.
Prepare POs and follow up on deliveries.
Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and accounts teams.
Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
Assist in stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain procurement and inventory documentation and reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Good MS Excel and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory processes.
ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
