What You’ll Own

• Proactive growth strategy: Audit accounts, identify missed opportunities, and build campaign calendars and optimization plans. Prioritize by impact and drive improvements without waiting to be asked.
• Smart segmentation and nurturing: Build audiences around engagement, purchase behavior, customer value, interests, and lifecycle stage. Tailor messaging, offers, and frequency to nurture subscribers, increase repeat purchases, and re-engage eligible inactive customers.
• Campaigns and automated flows: Build and optimize welcome, browse and checkout abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, cross-sell, and win-back journeys. Own triggers, filters, conditional splits, exclusions, and pre-send checks.
• Deliverability: Improve Klaviyo’s deliverability score, sender reputation, and inbox placement. Manage list hygiene, suppression, sending frequency, and domain warm-up, expanding sends based on engagement and monitoring complaints and bounces.
• Signup conversion: Test popups, forms, offers, copy, timing, targeting, and mobile experiences to increase quality subscribers. Connect signup performance to welcome journeys and subsequent purchases.
• HTML/CSS email development: Build, customize, and troubleshoot responsive templates with Klaviyo personalization, conditional logic, dynamic content, and fallbacks. Test rendering across major email clients and devices.
• Creative and experimentation: Develop persuasive campaign angles, subject lines, copy, and calls to action. Collaborate with designers and test messaging, offers, creative, audiences, and timing.
• Performance analysis: Track signup and purchase conversion, revenue per recipient, repeat purchases, and list health. Understand attribution limitations, explain results, and recommend the next opportunity for profitable growth.

What You Must Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, with proven DTC experience at an agency or in-house at a DTC brand.
• Expert Klaviyo proficiency across campaigns, flows, segmentation, forms, and troubleshooting.
• Practical HTML/CSS email skills and experience with dynamic personalization.
• A strong portfolio with measurable results and a clear explanation of your contribution.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong copy instincts, and attention to detail.
• Commercial judgment, curiosity about customer behavior, and the initiative to manage multiple accounts and deliver results independently.
• LATAM location, full-time availability during U.S. Pacific hours, and readiness for an immediate start.

Shopify, SMS marketing, and experience managing multiple DTC brands are a plus.
