District 17 Farmers Insurance is seeking driven and experienced Insurance Agents to lead the full sales cycle for our virtual clients. Role Overview

As an experienced Insurance Agent, you will be the sole point of contact for clients, managing the entire sales journey. This role is perfect for self-starters who are adept at virtual communication and committed to providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and closing business, all while operating from our office.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients through various virtual channels.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual insurance requirements.
• Present and explain property and casualty insurance products and their benefits.
• Navigate the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress in our CRM system.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through clear and consistent communication.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful agents can expect to earn between $100,000 and $150,000 annually, directly reflecting their performance and ability to close deals. Your success is our success, and we provide the structure for you to maximize your income.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must hold a Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Previous insurance and/or sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently.
• Exceptional communication skills across phone, video, and written platforms.
• Demonstrated success in building rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Strong pipeline management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards.
