SAP Vehicle Sales & Service

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Vehicle Sales & Service Consultant to support and enhance SAP processes related to Vehicle Sales, After Sales Service, and Workshop Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end users, maintaining SAP master data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations within an automotive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support the complete vehicle sales cycle within SAP, including quotations, sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing. - Maintain Vehicle Master Data, pricing structures, accessories, and sales bundles. - Support after-sales service operations, including service orders, job cards, technician time entry, and service billing. - Monitor workshop capacity, technician allocation, and service scheduling activities. - Manage customer complaints through proper logging, tracking, follow-up, and closure. - Assist end users with SAP-related issues and provide functional support. - Prepare and maintain user documentation, SOPs, and training materials. - Conduct end-user training sessions and provide guidance on SAP processes. - Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Workshop teams to identify and address business requirements.

Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP Vehicle Sales, Service, or Automotive-related modules. - Experience with SAP Automotive workflows and Vehicle Master Data management. - Understanding of automotive business processes, including vehicle sales, workshop operations, warranty, and after-sales service. - Experience supporting SAP users in a live business environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in automotive dealerships or automotive distribution businesses. - Experience in SAP SD, Automotive Sales & Service processes, or related SAP modules. - Exposure to workshop management and service operations within SAP.
