Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant
Full-time Rate of pay: Starting at $22.00 DOE
Anchorage, AK Start Date - ASAP
Duration - Permanent
Duties - Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant
- Answering phones, scheduling customers, dispatching technicians
- Processing invoices, and ordering parts
- Processing payments for service
- Forwarding warranty items to the warranty department
- Giving shipping and freight estimates
- Tracking parts status, as well as creating quotes from technician’s recommendations.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Requirements
Experience - Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant
One year experience in office administration or dispatching preferred.
