JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC in Hematology & Oncology
Licenses: Active Florida License
Other Qualifications: Clean background and clean NPDB; must meet procedure log requirements; Up-to-date CV and Lee Attestation Form required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to patients
Manage treatment plans including chemotherapy and supportive care
Collaborate with Physician Assistant, MA, and RN staff for coordinated care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Adhere to clinic schedule Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, with no call or weekend duties
