We are recruiting English-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting project with a leading global technology company, recognized for its innovative digital platforms, artificial intelligence solutions, and services used by millions of people worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in English.
  

• Assist users with subscriptions, account management, billing, and renewals.
  

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital platforms and services.
  

• Guide customers through premium features and AI-powered tools.
  

• Handle customer inquiries and perform outbound calls when necessary.
  

• Ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to continuous service improvement.
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  

• Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
  

• Interest in technology, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence.
  

• Good computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
  

• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
  

• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
  

Available Shifts

We are recruiting for two different schedules:

Day Shift

• Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
  

• Monday to Sunday.
  

• 2 rotating days off per week.
  

Night Shift

• Rotating shifts between 22:00 and 07:00.
  

• Monday to Sunday.
  

• 2 rotating days off per week.
  

Both positions are full-time, 40 hours per week.

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €938 gross/month.
  

• Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly.
  

• Meal allowance: €7 per working day.
  

• Performance bonus: Up to €300/month, depending on performance.
  

• Additional pay for night and weekend hours:
  

  • Weekends, 07:00–00:00: +25% hourly rate.
    

  • Weekends, 00:00–07:00: +50% hourly rate.
    

  • Night hours, 22:00–00:00: +25% hourly rate.
    

  • Night hours, 00:00–07:00: +50% hourly rate.

• Initial training of 10 working days, compensated upon successful completion.
