Complex Needs Teaching Assistant – Lambeth

A well-supported specialist SEN school in Lambeth is looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to help pupils with complex learning, communication and physical needs.

The role

  • Support accessible lessons, sensory activities and communication programmes.
  • Follow individual support plans and agreed care procedures.
  • Promote choice, dignity, participation and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and care colleagues.

What you will bring

  • Experience with complex needs, PMLD, care or SEN education.
  • A reliable, respectful and attentive approach.
  • Willingness to support personal care where required.
  • QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
