Planning & Control Engineer

MAB Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly qualified Planning & Control Engineer to join our supervision team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules and progress reports
  
• Review contractors’ baseline schedules, recovery plans, and cash flow projections
  
• Monitor project performance against approved timelines and milestones
  
• Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
  
• Coordinate with supervision teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
  
• Monitor resource allocation, productivity, and project controls procedures
  
• Ensure compliance with project planning standards and contractual requirements
  
• Support risk assessment, forecasting, and project performance evaluation
  
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related technical support
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  
• Minimum 5+ years of total experience
  
• Minimum One year of GCC experience
  
• Strong experience in construction supervision projects
  
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting tools
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  
• Ability to join immediately
