Job Description:

We are looking for experienced FP&A professionals with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
  

• Perform variance analysis to compare actuals against budgets and forecasts.
  

• Develop financial models and management reports.
  

• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
  

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  

• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
  

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide financial insights.
  

• Coordinate with business stakeholders for financial data and reporting.
  

Required Skills:

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.
  

• Strong knowledge of financial modelling and variance analysis.
  

• Excellent MS Excel skills.
  

• Good communication and analytical skills.
  

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other financial tools is an added advantage.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4-9 years of experience in BPO
  
• B.Com/M.Com/MBA/ICWA/CA
  
• Proficiency in French, German, and Italian
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Knowledge of Financial Period End Process and Financial Reporting on Oracle applications
