IT Recruiter (M/F)

As an IT Recruiter at TMC Science & Technology, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing top IT professionals to meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will be joining a fast-growing, ambitious recruitment team, playing a key role in shaping its future and supporting its development. Your mission will be to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while also contributing to marketing and employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Identify and attract qualified IT professionals through job boards, networking, social media, and other sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing (job boards, LinkedIn, internal network, etc.), screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team to understand client needs and define candidate requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pool of candidates to ensure responsiveness and quality.
• Assist candidates in preparing for client interviews.
• Represent TMC at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
• Stay up to date with IT trends and HR best practices.

Marketing & Employer Branding

• Support social media campaigns and online communication efforts to promote TMC and attract top talent.
• Create engaging content and participate in initiatives to enhance TMC's visibility.

Profile & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong asset if you have already source and engage IT professionals in areas such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data.
• Good communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Experience working with recruitment tools, ATS, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidates and match them with client requirements.
• Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written); knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is a strong advantage.
