Sr. Graphic Designer

FlakeTech Group is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Design team.

You will take ownership of complex design projects, maintain brand consistency across multiple brands, collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams, and integrate innovative AI tools into the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept development through final delivery.
  
• Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines across multiple brands.
  
• Create high-quality designs for digital campaigns, social media, e-commerce, print materials, presentations, and brand activations.
  
• Review design outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
  
• Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools and workflows.
  
• Collaborate with the Art Director, Marketing Manager, Content Writers, Media Buyers, SEO Specialists, Reel Makers, PR, and E-commerce teams.
  
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.
  
• Organize design assets and maintain effective version control.
  
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital and print design.
  
• Advanced proficiency in:
  
• Adobe Photoshop
  
• Adobe Illustrator
  
• Adobe InDesign
  
• Adobe After Effects
  
• Adobe Premiere Pro
  
• Practical experience using AI-powered design tools.
  
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  
• Proven experience supporting multiple brands and markets.
  
• Experience with e-commerce and integrated marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
  
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
