Customer Service Vodafone Egypt Offer
Role Responsibilities :
۰ Managing inbound/outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, identifying needs, and providing effective solutions while following communication guidelines.
۰ Building strong customer relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and achieving performance targets.
Job Offer :
۰ Gross Salary 15900 ( Net Salary 14K ) + Quarterly Bonus
۰ Working Hours 8:45 including 1 Hour break, Rotational Shifts (24/7) , Females Shifts ends at 10 PM
۰ Medical and social insurance
۰ Transportation From/To Metro Hadayek Maadi Station
۰ Vodafone Red line, Mobile Allowance, Mobile handset allowance
۰ Special recognition for top performance
