Ticketing Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Experience: 2–3 Years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, and booking management.
  
  
• Process ticket reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
  
  
• Use Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems for flight bookings and fare enquiries.
  
  
• Assist customers with itinerary changes, ticket modifications, and travel-related queries.
  
  
• Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and customers to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
  
  
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely completion of ticketing tasks.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  
  
• 2–3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems.
  
  
• Knowledge of ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refund procedures.
  
  
• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
