Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution of in-person marketing campaigns, assist with promotional activities, and contribute to customer engagement initiatives. This position involves preparing campaign materials, communicating product and brand information, and supporting daily marketing efforts designed to increase brand awareness and generate customer interest.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of in-person marketing campaigns.
• Support daily promotional activities designed to increase brand awareness and customer interest.
• Prepare and organize marketing materials, product information, and promotional resources.
• Communicate key product features, service benefits, and promotional details to prospective customers.
• Engage customers through professional, face-to-face interactions.
• Assist with introducing products and services to individuals interested in available offerings.
• Support customer acquisition efforts through direct promotional engagement.
• Help coordinate promotional schedules, daily assignments, and campaign-related activities.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining designated promotional areas.
• Ensure marketing materials remain accurate, organized, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and informational resources.
• Support product presentations and demonstrations when applicable.
• Answer general customer questions regarding products, services, and current promotions.
• Monitor customer engagement and communicate relevant feedback to team members.
• Assist with tracking campaign activity and maintaining basic promotional records.
• Maintain familiarity with current marketing initiatives, product updates, and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent brand messaging and coordinated promotional activities.
• Support the organization and replenishment of marketing supplies and materials.
• Participate in campaign briefings, product training, and team meetings.
• Follow established company procedures for marketing activities and customer interactions.
• Complete additional marketing and promotional support responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, retail, sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to communicate product information and promotional messaging clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable participating in face-to-face marketing activities.
