What you will be doing:

Contribute to the development of the Kotlin Android application.
Design, develop, and test code written in Kotlin and Java.
Draft technical specifications and briefs, and perform code reviews.
Monitor and profile application performance.
Monitor services and systems within the infrastructure.
Collaborate with creative, content, and engineering teams to design and develop the app, and publish it to the Play Store.

What our client is looking for:

5+ years in software development, including 4+ years of Kotlin experience.
Experience in architecting, developing, testing, and maintaining Android mobile applications.
Practical experience with dependency management, RESTful APIs, and web services.
Proficiency with Git revision control and issue tracking or management systems.
Advanced understanding of programming fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, OOP, and design patterns (e.g., MVC/MVVM).
Beneficial experience with e-commerce applications, Firebase, Go, Google Cloud Platform, and AI / MCP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a strong drive for results.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work well within a team, and skill in building and maintaining relationships.
