Learning and Development Sales Consultant

Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals is seeking a Learning and Development Sales Consultant to promote established programs and guide prospective clients through a structured information process.

This remote role suits an experienced professional who enjoys connecting with people, understands the value of ongoing learning and can manage their work independently.

Your activities will include:

• Promoting personal development and leadership programs through online marketing.
• Responding to enquiries and conducting initial conversations with prospective clients.
• Sharing program information and following up professionally.
• Maintaining accurate records of conversations and next steps.
• Participating in ongoing training and applying established processes.

This is an independent, performance based arrangement, with earnings from product sales.

The focus is program sales and client relationships, rather than delivering training or designing courses.

Requirements

• At least eight years of professional work experience.
• Currently residing in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales, education, client relationships, recruitment or a related field.
• Confidence using a computer, email and online meeting tools.
• Ability to organise your schedule and follow through consistently.
• An interest in personal development and leadership education.
• Willingness to learn online marketing methods and follow an established process.
• Comfortable with independent work and performance based earnings from product sales.
• Availability to commit around 15 to 20 flexible hours per week.

This role is not suitable for students or those just entering the workforce.
