Bilingual IT Professional

We're Hiring: Bilingual IT Professional (Japanese & English) – Tokyo, Japan

Our client, one of the world’s major general insurers with operations in Japan is looking for an IT professional to support an upcoming insurance software implementation project. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start.

The new system will be bilingual, so fluency in both Japanese and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with departments in the Japan Office to understand business requirements and support implementation
• Liaise with the Head Office in India for discussions, clarifications and project coordination
• Communicate with software vendors and stakeholders in Japanese and English
• Support the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, including clarifying technical and functional requirements
• Assist with system implementation and keep communication smooth between business users, IT teams and vendors

What We're Looking For

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
• Currently based in Japan
• Available to join at short notice
• Experience with insurance systems or software implementation projects preferred
