DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory work.
• Coordinate patient care with support staff and document in Epic.
