Voice Process - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. - Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently. - Provide accurate information regarding products and services. - Ensure first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction. - Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments. - Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems. - Achieve quality and productivity targets. - Follow company and client compliance guidelines. Non-Voice Process (Chat / Email / Back Office) - Respond to customer queries via chat and email channels. - Handle customer requests with accuracy and efficiency. - Process customer information and update records. - Maintain service levels and turnaround time (TAT). - Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high-quality responses. - Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. - Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
