Location: Patna

Position: Pharma Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls for the online store.
  
• Take, confirm, and follow up on customer orders.
  
• Assist customers with product-related queries, orders, availability, and delivery updates.
  
• Coordinate with store, warehouse & delivery teams.
  
• Maintain daily call/order reports.
  
• Provide good customer service and achieve assigned targets.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate.
  
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
  
• Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge.
  
• Minimum 1 years of experience in tele calling/customer support experience preferred.
