Field Sales Officer

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Sales Officer to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships in the market. You will be out in the field every day, meeting retailers and customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned retailers, distributors, and potential customers regularlyGenerate new leads and convert them into long-term customersAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsPresent products, explain features, and negotiate ordersBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsCollect market feedback, competitor information, and customer needsEnsure timely collections and follow-upsSubmit daily visit reports and sales updates to the managerRequirements6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales or a similar roleOwn two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory)Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area and beyondStrong communication and negotiation skills
