Systems Administrator

We are growing our team in Germany and are hiring a Systems Administrator. You will keep our laptops, accounts, servers and business applications running for a team that works mostly from home. The position is full-time and remote from anywhere in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune
• Set up laptops for new employees and manage devices remotely
• Manage user accounts, licenses and permissions
• Maintain Windows and Linux servers, backups and patching
• Configure VPN, firewall rules and multi-factor authentication
• Solve second-level support tickets
• Document systems and keep the hardware and license inventory current

Requirements

• 3 or more years as a system administrator
• Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
• Windows Server and basic Linux administration
• Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls

Nice to Have

• Intune or another device management tool
• PowerShell scripting
• Vocational training as Fachinformatiker or a degree in IT
