Business Development Associate - BLUSHA

Our client BLUSHA is hiring a Business Development Associate in Lahore.

Blusha is a beauty-tech startup digitising Pakistan’s salon industry. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Business Development team and help salons discover and adopt our software.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
• Connect with salon owners and qualify potential customers.
• Schedule product demos with the Field Sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to improve conversions.
• Coordinate client onboarding with the relevant team.
• Maintain lead records and meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging with customers.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets or Airtable is a plus.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or related fields are preferred.
