Experience:
·       Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience; OR
·       Non-CA candidate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
·       Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and corporate entities
·       Handling income tax compliance, including advance tax, TDS reconciliation, and responding to notices
·       Regular interaction with the Income Tax Portal, including e-filing, rectifications, and grievance handling
·       Basic Working knowledge of tax audit support and assessment proceedings
·       Drafting submissions and replies to notices under the Income-tax Act, 1961
 
Technical Skills Required:
 
·       Strong working knowledge of the Income Tax Portal
·       Hands-on experience with Genius Software for return preparation and compliance
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation
 
 Preferred Candidate Profile:
 
·       Prior work experience with a Chartered Accountant firm is mandatory
·       Candidates from industry (in-house tax roles) are not preferred
·       Strong analytical and drafting skills
·       Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
 
 Other Requirements:
 
·       Good communication skills (written and verbal)
·       Attention to detail and strong professional ethics
