About The Role
In this role, you will help our team move away from implementation theatre and toward technical precision. You will work within a fully remote team to support the AI components of our finance solutions. Your work ensures that data models are accurate and that the documentation we provide to clients actually makes them self-sufficient. This is an entry-level position meant for someone who understands that technology exists to serve the finance team, not the other way around. You will be a key part of our remediation efforts, fixing broken configurations and ensuring the systems we deploy are reliable for long-term use.

What You Will Do

• Monitor data flows between financial platforms and AI-driven support tools to ensure consistency.
• Update configuration settings to reflect changes in the chart of accounts or reporting hierarchies.
• Write and maintain clear, plain-spoken documentation for client administrators and finance users.
• Verify the accuracy of data modeling outputs against manual finance reports to identify discrepancies.
• Assist in remediation tasks where existing software configurations have failed the end user.
• Participate in testing cycles for new system updates before they are deployed to client environments.
• Help build and maintain data dictionaries that define how finance terms map to technical database fields.
• Support senior consultants in preparing training materials that help clients become independent of external consultants.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including familiarity with pivot tables and standard lookup functions.
• Basic understanding of SQL for querying data sets and identifying patterns.
• A clear grasp of fundamental finance logic, such as how consolidation and the close process work.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical documentation or data logs for errors.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users without using jargon.
• A methodical approach to troubleshooting software issues and solving logical problems.
• Willingness to learn how enterprise systems like Oracle EPM or SAP BPC operate in a business context.
• Reliable communication skills in a fully remote environment, favoring clarity and directness.

• Exposure to platforms like Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, or Snowflake during university or internships.
• Basic experience building reports or dashboards in Power BI.
