Mosaic Conseil is a boutique consultancy that operates as a remote workshop. We focus on rebuilding business artifacts: three year plans, pricing grids, and diligence files. We take these items apart on the bench and put them back together based on the evidence found in the invoice ledger. The process is manual, personal, and focused. We do not work on standing retainers and we do not produce slide decks. Instead, we return the same file you sent us, redrawn and supported by a written argument. We are currently working with a partner who is a leading Spanish financial institution to assist them with the technical management of their internal reporting structures and data archives.

What you would do
As a Junior CMS Developer, you will be responsible for the technical organization and delivery of the artifacts we rebuild. This role involves configuring content management systems to house complex financial data and written arguments. You will build and maintain the digital structures that allow our analysts to present their findings clearly and accurately. This includes managing data schemas, setting up technical templates, and ensuring that the digital versions of our files reflect the precision of the paper copies. You will work within our builder and challenger model, where you might build a content structure one day and act as the technical auditor for another person work the next. This is a fully remote position that requires a high level of concentration on the technical integrity of our digital content.

Helpful background
We are looking for someone with a basic technical foundation who is eager to apply their skills to serious business analysis. You should have a fundamental understanding of how content management systems function and how data is structured on the web. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is necessary to manage the templates and structures we use. You do not need years of professional experience, but you must be someone who values precision and has the patience to double check every field and every line of code. An interest in financial services or data organization is helpful, as is the ability to write clearly and follow logical arguments. We value intellectual curiosity and the discipline to work independently without constant supervision.
