On behalf of our client, we are in the process of hiring a Consultant, Legal to join their team in Riyadh

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Consultant to join our Legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal support and advice, assist in reviewing contracts and legal documents, and support the organization in ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day legal matters.
  
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
  
• Conduct legal research and provide clear legal opinions when required.
  
• Support the company in matters related to Saudi Labor, Commercial, Civil, and other applicable laws and regulations.
  
• Assist in identifying and assessing legal risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
1–3 years of relevant legal experience.
Strong knowledge of the major laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly:

• Labor Law
  
• Commercial Law
  
• Civil Law
  
• Other relevant Saudi laws and regulations
  

Strong ability to review, analyze, and understand contracts.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
