Job Role

The Bar Assistant supports bartenders in preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in beverage preparation and service
  
• Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene standards
  
• Stock and replenish bar inventory
  
• Prepare garnishes and bar mise-en-place
  
• Support bartenders during service rush
  
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines

• Maintain high hygiene and service standards
  
• Support team in delivering quick turnaround times
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of beverages and bar operations
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  
• Team player with good communication skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in hospitality/bar service
  
• Basic bartending training (advantage)
