Pay: $39.80 to $57.12/Hour (depending on experience)

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
  

Lead Physical Therapist Job Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire position
  
• Mon-Fri schedule, day shift
  
• Setting: Inpatient
  
• Lead Physical Therapist will provide high-quality personalized care with an average of 10-12 patients per day
  
• Assesses and evaluates patients to develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians.
  
• Guides and supports patients through therapeutic activities to restore mobility, function, and independence.
  
• Monitors patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
  
• Supervises Rehab Aides and collaborates with other team members to ensure continuity of care.
  

Lead Physical Therapist Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have active Physical Therapist License
  
• Previous Physical Therapist experience preferred
