Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills, along with an understanding of application architecture. Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, UX, and Business teams, to ensure timely delivery.
  

• Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and escalation management.
  

• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners as required.
  

• Support UAT, release management, deployment, and go-live activities.
  

• Identify and resolve delivery blockers while driving continuous process improvements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 –8 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or project management roles.
  

• Mandatory Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint management, and project delivery.
  

• Awareness of 3-tier application design and architecture (Presentation, Business Logic, and Data layers).
  

• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to independently manage small to mid-sized projects with strong ownership and accountability.
  

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and managing delivery risks.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA preferred, ideally from a reputed business school.
  

• Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is an added advantage.
