Location: Stockton on Tees
Hours: 40 hours per week, fully on-site (Mon – Fri 8 – 430 or 9 -530)

The Role

You’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing the cost-effective delivery of modular buildings, accommodation units and containers across the UK. From booking haulage to managing project delivery schedules, you’ll ensure customers receive a seamless, efficient service — all while maintaining a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking transport across multiple divisions, ensuring efficient and cost-effective haulage.
  
• Coordinating Accommodation Projects in line with project plans and safety procedures.
  
• Providing customers with ETAs, delivery updates and clear communication throughout.
  
• Ensuring haulage partners are safe, reliable and correctly accredited.
  
• Managing tasks from the transport inbox and completing them within agreed timescales.
  
• Liaising with Sales teams regarding order updates and amendments.
  
• Maintaining a flexible, positive approach and delivering work to the highest standard.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll deliver a smooth, well-managed transport-booking experience, keeping customers informed and resolving issues quickly by working closely with hauliers, Sales and Hire teams. Your proactive approach ensures every delivery runs as efficiently as possible.
