We’re growing fast and looking for driven, outgoing appointment setters to help us connect with homeowners and generate new business.

The Role

As a Sales Representative & Appointment Setter, your job is to generate leads and set qualified appointments for our sales team through door-to-door outreach.

You’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners—sparking interest, building rapport, and scheduling consultations for our design specialists.

This is a great entry point into high-ticket sales with strong earning potential and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods (door-to-door)

• Engage homeowners and introduce Peak Outdoor Living services

• Identify interest in:

  • Pools

  • Patios and outdoor kitchens

  • Pergolas, lighting, and backyard upgrades

• Ask qualifying questions and set in-home consultations

• Track leads and appointments

• Work closely with closers to ensure smooth handoffs

Compensation

• High potential commissions

• High earning potential for consistent performers

• Realistic 6-Figure Earnings Year 1

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
